Use of the site

Limitation of liability

Cap on liability
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall the aggregate liability of 82 Game to you for all claims arising from your use of the Site exceed the amount you paid, if any, to 82 Game in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
